Refunds & Exchanges

For any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase with us, you may return the unused portion for refund or exchange*.

Please return the item to us within 14 days after the purchase date for full refund.

* Lalil reserves the right to change the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy at its sole discretion.

 

Procedure for refunds or exchanges

Contact our call center at 02-700-5711 (Operating Hours Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm) to request a refund or exchange.

Our staff will review your order information and contact you within 1-3 working days to inform you of your refund or exchange approval. Or ask for additional certification.

If your refund or exchange has been approved, we will arrange a return date/ time for your item.

 

Terms of Payment

If you pay with a credit card, we will refund to your credit card account.

If you pay by money transfer or cash, we will refund it in cash by transferring it to your bank account. You will need to provide a copy of ID card and a copy of your bank account to be used as a documentation for refund.

Please note that the refund process will take 7-14 business days after receiving the approval.

Refunds will only be made on the value of the goods you purchase. It does not include shipping charges and other service charges.

** Remarks ** The company reserves the right to authorize the return of goods. If return is not in accordance with the terms and conditions notified to you. The company can refuse to return the goods at that time.
